OK, I'm going out on a limb here. I'm assuming that INXS would have at some time in their history, played this in a pub... somewhere in Oz. I have no proof however that it happened given I was 8 when it was released.

However, I do know from watching the INXS documentary that KICK was released around the same time they were very neck deep trying to crack into the US market, so maybe playing at universities and clubs is closer to reality.

This exploration into 80's Oz Pub Rock classics part 3 was however a good excuse to cross them off the list ...

To be honest, I think I acquired this after watching said documentary many years later, for a very reasonable JB clearance bin price.

Kick, New Sensation and Suicide Blonde were also high on the flip-a-coin choices for this post. I have also heard some quite interesting metal covers of them!
