A dose from US Metalcore outfit Killswitch Engage today.
This one appeared on the 'Freddy vs Jason' movie soundtrack in '03, which was pretty much non-step metal from start to finish.
There seemed to be this 'inspired by' quality to most of the soundtracks that were released after the late 90's. Very rarely would you get an actual Original Score release that you could listen to in concert with the movie itself. More often than not, the soundtrack had maybe 5-6 songs that were actually featured somewhere in the movie or the credits, and the rest of the album was 'filler'.
This song falls into the latter category but it's still a bit of fun either way.
