I think I actually got this band mixed up in my mind when I was browsing one day in JB HiFi's most excellent Metal section at Northland's. Should have been pretty obvious though right?
- SOiL - American Alt Metal (who I was thinking of originally)
- Soilwork - Swedish melodic death metal (what I picked up)
Or maybe it was the obligatory browse through the alternative section first searching to see if they had the jap import copy of Dirt by Alice in Chains! It's all the same right ... dirt ... soil ... moving on!
Either way it was a happy mistake. This offering today is from Soilwork's 2005 album of the same name. Drumming provided by Dirk Verbeuren, now of Megadeth fame.

He comes across as one of the nicest and most humble blokes you could probably ever bump in to!
